Individual rooms come with a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. (*Bring your own preferred mattress.) Internet access is also readily available.

What is the process for signing a contract?
The process is as follows:Room showing -> Application -> Screening and interview -> Contract signing -> Key delivery -> Move in
Can I see the room?
The rooms will be available for showings starting in mid-October 2017. Use the contact form to send us your desired time and date. The bilingual coordinator will show you around.
Are there convenience stores and supermarkets nearby?
There is a convenience store (Lawson) within a one-minute walk and a supermarket (My Basket) within a one-minute walk.
Are there any fees in addition to rent?
There is also an HOA fee. The HOA fee covers private and shared utilities, cleaning, Internet access, repairs, supplies for shared spaces, etc.
Are the rooms available to students?
Yes, if you make it through the screening process, you can stay at Share House.
